Reviews for Hapisgah in Flushing, NY
Went for my birthday and had an amazing time. Great service, the food was delicious and the desserts were really good. 10/10
I had high hopes for this place. The ambiance was nice, the menu was good, and the food was good. The service though, was below... sub-par. I'm really hoping it was just the waitress we were given because she was aweful. We came in, sat with the menu forabout 10 minutes. Finally the bus girl brought us bread and pickles but no silverware, napkins, cups or water. Another 10minutes later, the waitress finally shows up and takes our order. We got mushroom hummus, 2 main entrees and 2 glasses of wine.We eat the bread and pickles and about 15 minutes later the waitress brings the hummus with no additional bread. We ask her tobring more and for silverware (we still don't have cups or water). We ended up having to ask another waiter for water and heseemed surprised we didn't even have cups (main reason I think it was just our waitress). The food came and there was nodipping sauce for the schnitzel and the baked potato came with nothing (bare and dry). The last thing the waitress gave us(after we had been there for almost an hour) was the wine! It should have been the first thing she brought out! At no point didshe ever ask us if there was anything else we needed nor did she come to check and see how we were doing or if we neededanything else. I spent over $100 and feel jipped due to the service. I will try the place again sometime in the future, withhopes of a better experience. Read more

Went for dinner on Sunday night. The food was excellent! Electronic iPad menus are very cool. Area's they could improve - Speed... up service. Why not make it possible to order right from the iPad menu. Orders could be sent straight to the kitchen withoutdelay. This should also probably save you a few $$ in waiter costs. Read more
I think that is a point that you say enough is enough. I sent my son to get me a chicken soup, when he came home I asked him how... much was it and he said $15, I was shocked and tbh if I wasn?t sick like a dog I would go back there and ask for my money. I dounderstand prices went up and I was a regular customer at a Hapisgah for years!!! Not to mention the soup was nothing likechicken soup, a few tiny PCs of chicken and baby carrots in with a very strong flavor of unfamiliar spice- I had a couple ofspoons and that was it! After this incident I will never go back it?s literally a rip off. Read more
Very nice service (I was actually surprised with their efficient service). They made my drink by request which came out really... nice (1 part vodka, triple sec, peach schnapps, 2 part sweet and sour) and garnished nicely. I ordered a steak and came outreally great! Truthfully, I didn't want to come here, but my wife insisted. I'm glad I went, I had a great time! Read more
Excellent service. This restaurant has a variety of food on their menu. The appetizers are delicious, served elegantly with pita... bread and pickles already on the table. Cold water is constantly refilled and the staff offer customer service pleasantly. Idefinitely recommend to try this restaurant out with friends, family or a date. Read more
At the restaurant as we speak... Horrible management followed by terrible service. The manager told my family of 8 that he can't... move us from a tiny 6 seater table. A reservation was made in advance and with 5 empty tables, they wouldn't move us. Hestraight out admitted that he cant move us to a bigger table because they need to squeeze in as many reservations as possible.Everything you try to order the answer is "unfortunately not" I've never heard the words unfortunately not repeated at arestaurant like I did today. The quantity and quality of food were subpar. The manager needs to get proper training on how to dohis job. This place has gone downhill. Read more
