My doughnut tasted like hairspray, literally. I?ve never had this problem here, but I?m extremely disgusted! My kids? said... theirs was fine. The chocolate mousse was the hairspray one. Donuts weren't bad. However, the customer service was terrible. Cashier was rude and condescending. We had only asked for half... of our order when she put them in a bag and walked to the register. We indicated we weren't finished, and she rudely asked "Wellhow many are you getting?", sighed , and rolled her eyes when we answered. My husband asked if they had a certain kind of donutand she looked at us as if we had three heads. We weren't trying to be problematic, but she behaved like we were really puttingher out, although it only took a total of about 5 minutes. We live very close and were excited to have a donut shop nearby, butunfortunately we will not be returning, as the donuts were not worth the condescension. Read more

Went to get some donuts only to see they were out. I get that it was late on a Sunday. Opted for a couple cupcakes instead, two... will run you about $15. I know everything has gone up in price but these were normal size Reese and vanilla. The girl behind thecounter said they were ?jumbo? but they looked regular size. Just visited this location and was very displeased. Not only were they entirely out of donuts but this place is way overpriced!... Two cupcakes and a milk will cost $15....you could buy half a dozen anywhere for that! I realize it's later on a busy Sunday.Being out of donuts is a little understandable but would never pay that much for 2 cupcakes. I have always had great donuts from the floyds knobs location until today. Got a dozen 6 glaze a 6 long john's. Hardly any... glaze and you could see through the chocolate on the long johns. I threw them out, I was so disappointed. I have bragged somany times about the quality until this experience. Read more

Wow! I found it by my good luck! This place is a must if you are around here, they have any kind of desserts you can imagine,... the service is so nice and friendly. And now you can find teh deck seating open! Read more
