almost every table was dirty, i had to ask for service when i sat down with my friends from them to even acknowledge me. was... straight up denied by one waiter. my food was burned and i didn?t even get the right food. manager was on facetime the wholetime. whole staff was overloaded and frustrated. believe the manager on his phone the whole time was the cause of this.neglecting his staff. never coming back Read more
Stood at the door, waiting to be seated, no one acknowledged us at all. The empty booths had not been cleaned. Once we found a... seat, we still waited. When our order was finally placed, they brought the waffles and we waited another 20 minutes for thegrits, sausage and eggs. We are done with the Waffle house. We would have gotten better service at McDonald's drive thru. Read more

Food got cold while eating. Very lumpy grits. They were still cleaning up orange juice. Waitress said that was a huge mess.

This one is usually quiet and it?s as clean as a Waffle House can be. The staff has always been friendly and helpful to me.
