My wife and I came in at 10:20 AM on a Saturday morning. We ordered a couple of meals and sat down. After 20 minutes of not... receiving our food, my wife went up to the counter. We were handed a bag of food that had been sitting on a counter and weretold that they thought it was a drive-thru order. Other customers were having to wait long times for their order as well. Ofcourse I don?t look for anything to be done about it. In fact someone will comment on this in just a few minutes stating theyare sorry for the negative experience and that we can escalate our problem up the chain to someone else. Usually this location is very slow compared to the one on Grants Ferry, but since I was in the area I decided to just get a blue... raspberry slush. Used to have good service. Not now. Our last several orders were incorrect, incomplete, or just NOT good. The inside isn't as... clean as before and the employees are rude. We now only go to sonic when we are near a different location. 1 example ; my icehad a large piece of plastic in it so I politely and quietly took it back in and showed the employee. I was careful not to beheard by other customers because I know some times stuff happens. The employee at counter was rude to me , snatched the cup ,dumped it and refilled it. Pulled into the drive-thru at 9:06 AM. Didn't get my order until 9:35 AM. What's interesting is that I could hear screaming and... profanity thru the drive-thru speaker when I placed my order I didn't pay much attention to it until I got home and realized myorder was wrong. I ordered 2 ultimate cheese and meat breakfast burritos and I got 2 egg and cheese burritos and no onion,tomatoes and jalapeno like I originally asked. Stopped in for supper tonight at the Flowood Sonic and was not disappointed. I?ve been here in the past and never had a bad... experience. The managers and staff are always friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh and fixed perfectly. On the occasionthat something is left off order during one their busy times, you get the missing item without argument or being made to feellike your trying to cheat the company out of something. The absolute WORST sonic I have ever visited... if you didn't do an online order or go thru the drive thru they treat you like... you are invisible.... we and a friend stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting on someone to take an order. But the other guywith us did his order thru the app on the way here.... he got his almost right away while we stand there not even beingacknowledged.... that's not a great way to do business... I CHOSE to spend my money here and this is how I am welcomed???
