Flowood/Dogwood Panera was the worst visit to a Panera I've had. Everything was take out/no actual dishes to dine in, out of... lots of things, soup was sub-par compared to the Renaissance Panera, & customer service was non existent. Worked in food serviceand retail, so I know it can be a pain in many ways... But this was another reason why I'll drive to Ridgeland instead of goingto the Dogwood location. Read more
Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employee was flat out rude and when I spoke to the manager I duty... I asked for the general manager to call me. No call. Then I called a couple days later to try to get the generalmanager?nothing. Still haven?t gotten a call. Will not be returning. Read more
Ordered online, went to pick it up, terribly rude service by a young lady with lip ring and a bad attitude. Waitied quite... awhile, got home opened the bag, the order is wrong, missing items. I'll call it two stars even still, nothing wrong with thefood we did recieve. Read more
I did an online order for a curbside pickup. I arrived to the store 10 minutes later and there were only two cars in the... drive-thru. Most of the parking spots in the lot were empty. With one other car in the curbside area. I checked in. After 10minutes the other person in the curbside Lane went inside to collect her food. I had my grumpy toddler in the car, so I waited abit longer then went to the drive-thru to avoid a car seat nightmare. I spent 15 minutes in the Drive-Thru even though there wasonly one car in front of me. Total in the parking lot 8:55am with an exit time of 9:26am. Moral of the story.. don't take kidsthat you have to drag inside or.. don't order a frozen drink for curbside pickup.. I'm not sure. Read more

The Lady at the cash register was really nice and helpful!!! My hat off to the kitchen - the Mac & Cheese was heavenly. The... bacon and turkey sandwich were a perfect match with the Mac & Cheese. To feed a family of 4 under $70 a deal, with the risingcost of everything feels pretty good!!! Keep up the good work! Cheers Read more
Please understand that I love Panera, and this is my neighborhood cafe, and I understand that every one is under staffed.... However,the young lady that appears to be managing makes my experience more like tears and sadness, than my go to happy placefor my family. So I will just wait... Read more
Well, the food was good. And like one other customer said, everyone is short staffed, but to ask customers to leave the dinning... room at 4 pm and you don't close until 8pm is not good business. We understand u don't have a cashier up front. But thatruined my my experience. Read more
