Ordered a cookie cake and went to pick up. First thing I noticed was there is no mask requirement posted on the door. The guy... said the cake wasn't ready yet and needed to cooled. I was standing there and I watched him grab the cake and move it with hisbare hands. I told him he isn't wearing gloves and asked for a refund because its unsanitary and that I'm buying it for myelderly parents. The girl behind the counter then tells me they don't wear gloves because that's cross contamination. My fianceepulls up their corporate website and shows her they are supposed to wear gloves and she continues to insist they aren't, despitethe fact the other employee is wearing gloves. In summary, unsanitary conditions and handling of food and lying about theircorporate policies. Will not be going back to this location. Read more
A friend tried to get a cake for a birthday and was told to pick up the cake at 6pm. They were closed when we arrived, so our... friend was not able to have a cake. The manager was quite rude when we picked up the cake the next day and kept blaming it onus. The website says they close at 9pm. Difficult to order what we wanted and not great service! Read more
What I ordered on the left, what I got on the right. When I expressed my concern and told them I did not have time to wait for a... new one. The manager offered to wipe the icing off and try to fix it, but said it wouldn't look right. Why wasn't it done likethe online ordering one in the first place?, and who wipes icing off a cookie and actually gets it to come out ok? It was paidfor online, so they already had their money. Decided to check this spot out after dinner because I definitely have a sweet tooth and who doesn't love cookies!! This place... was clean, staff was friendly and there are a variety of different cookie options. I tried the mint cookie and the regularchocolate chip cookie. They were good. Would use this place to get cookies for corporate events or to take to a party. Read more
Absolutely horrible experience. I've ordered two cakes from here and neither have been completed on time. The decoration is... incredibly sloppy and the workers are rude. I would never reccomend this place to anyone. Read more
