This location repeatedly has horrible service. Today took the cake. Employee complained about being the only person there and... how long it would take to my order ready. I said I understood (I was ordering 24 Krystal?s) and was willing to wait. Noproblem. That apparently was not the response he wanted. He yelled at me to pull around. Then when I asked if I could givehim the rest of my order (fries and drinks for 4) and yelled at me again. I said I understand you are stressed, but he shut meoff and said ?Good day.? Order in the drive thru.. the employee didn't understand my order and got an attitude with me because he didn't. . Finally... pulled around to pay and I requested to change my drink because it tasted funny....not only was I talked to condensingly but wastold that he could take my drink back. It's a shame that this is a type of customer service that I get because I live in Texasand they don't have Krystal's there so needless to say I will never come back to this location again. Read more
Went through the drive-through during lunch hours. I understand that there is a rush during lunch but at the same time there is... no way I should have set in the drive-through for over 30 minutes. I don't know if this location is it understaffed or they justdon't care about other peoples times. The Taco Bell right next to them served way more people in the 30 minutes that I waited. Read more

I didn't go inside, so I can't speak for the atmosphere. But, the person who waited on us was PHENOMENAL!! It is not often that... I receive good customer service at fast food restaurants, anymore. However, I wish I knew this young woman's name, because shewas superb! The food was fresh, hot and delicious, as well! The next time I visit a Krystal, it will almost certainly be thislocation!
