This was my first visit at Firehouse subs. The staff was extremely friendly and an A+ in customer customer service! They have a... great variety to choose from, and I was in the mood for a nice cheese steak sandwich for my free Birthday sandwich. I orderedthe medium Steak & Cheese and added sautéed mushrooms, it was definitely more than enough, and really tasty! A little morefilling and a little less bread is my only complaint. Read more

Service was quick and sandwiches were very nice portions.
Right now? Don't bother. The employees will do anything they can to not make your order. If they say they are out of brisket... today they are lying. Call them out on it please. We overheard them saying they didn't want to cut it and we got brisket withour order. Check your sandwich too. Ordered a tuna sandwich and they gave us less than a scoop of tuna. Oh, and forget aboutside pickles. Guess those are hard too. Employees today all need to be fired. Firefighter pals who helped me move today are notamused with the quality. Read more
How do you give me a sandwich with no meat ? Then can?t call because the phone is always busy. Horrible.
Hello to anyone who reads this, in the past give or take 4-6 months ago this place had customer service I would brag about ,but... as of today as my sister and I were in the area tired to call in our order the woman on the phone didn't even try to hear outour order "Lacey" .And so we go inside and the lady at counter actually took about a full 5 minutes to ask us what we wanted toorder even then as we relayed what happened on the phone she was nonchalant about it.
