i ordered on the app. I picked up the food at the exact time it said it would be ready. my sandwich was good. I asked for onion... to be added, but idk if they actually added it or not. it didn't taste like they did. my fries were extremely cold and one ofthem tasted almost frozen. the beans were nice and warm, at least. the spicy barbecue sauce is also really good. I'd say theprice is decent for the fact that you get two sides with your entree, but they could do a bit better on quality control andmaking sure the food is all warm. Read more
The inside is always nasty. This Dickies has never been a high quality one but this past visit definitely showed. The baked... beans was not like they are supposed to be. They was onions and beans and that's it! The pulled pork was nothing but hard piecesand fat. The mac stack was decent if the mac n cheese had been at least warm. Online states that they are open until 9. But they have a very small type out sign next to the door that?s rolled up that says... closes at 8 on Wednesday. We did not see that on the way in. We waited 20 minutes just for someone to start taking our order.The lady taking the order was not rude. The older lady was rude. When the first woman asked my husband for it or to go he saidfor here because who wants to eat bbq in the car. The second woman says we close in 3 minutes. The tone of her voice made it towhere I did not want to eat dickies at all. If the lady nicely stated that they close at 8 I would?ve been okay with taking itto go. Long story short. We went to get a smoked turkey for Thanksgiving. I chose them because we used to go to Dickey's in Texas and it was always good.... Today though, this store must of been off their game. The ribs were great!! The brisket wasn't very flavorful so I used barbequesauce on it and the original seemed to have a lot of vinegar in it as well as did the green beans. The baked potato casserolewas good and so were the fried okra. The ice cream wasn't frozen enough even for soft serve. I just pray the turkey is good. Wedidn't interact very much with the workers. To their credit, the brisket and the fried okra were delicious. However, the sauce and the icecream especially were watery and... low quality. The potato salad was overly processed and flavorless also. These things would have been easy to overlook if not forthe terrible customer service. The three ladies on staff were visibly irritable and not the least bit polite. The lady preparingour food especially seemed as if we were bothering her just by walking into the store. None of them seemed to know or care howto correctly wear a mask either. 2 stars instead of 1 purely because, like I said, the brisket was FINE. ???????????? Sidenote:we paid $37 for this experience. First time eating here. Food wasn't what I expected. Ribs tasted too salty, Mac and cheese came out of a box. Stoffers is much... better than Dickey's. Just saying. Beans were okay. I don't blame on going back. Read more
The BBQ was absolutely amazing! Fresh and delicious with very good customer service and hospitality. The dining room was very... clean and inviting. I will be back to eat again soon and I also highly recommend Dickey's BBQ for lunch or dinner. Read more
