The first BR I have been to that does not have any drinks, can't keep ice cream stocked, and got a stale waffle cone.
If I could give anyone any advice about this Baskin-Robbins do not order a cake from here. Similar to other reviews I placed an... order for a birthday cake and when I came to pick it up they stated that I did not place an order. Theb after showing them myconfirmation they said ?oh we called you because we don?t make that kind of cake here?. I never received a call from them. Employees definitely need more training on customer service and ice cream preparation. I place my order for a banana royale and... the staffed looked at me like deer in headlights. Finally, got a team member off his phone to prepare it only to leave off someof the fixing. Staff were not aware of the pricing although it was right behind them on the board.??????????? Read more
Had another group of people come in behind me and I was COMPLETELY ignored... went outside to sit in the car and cool off so I... didn't say something stupid.... came back in CONTINUED to be ignored had almost rudely wave at someone to get there attention soI could get some ice cream.... what a pathetic location don't waste your time here Read more
If I could give this establishment negative stars I would. In regards to improvements, a great place to start would be to avoid... pumping your septic tank while paying customers are ordering food. I have photographic evidence of this taking place and I willbe calling corporate. The overwhelming stench of human feces, for those who do not know what that means its poop, could only belikened to a full porter john in Mississippi august. I would like to think the franchise owner cares enough about food safety toreprimand the empolyee who permited this action while customers were present. That being said I doubt said owner cares or theestablishment would have been closed. This is a major health code violation. Our order had been taken and money had beenexchanged prior to the septic hose being run into the store, the wet floor signs. were not a dead giveaway the issue. But, thestench sure was. Read more
Three words. Jamocha almond fudge. If you?re a fan of coffee ice cream, This is an absolute must try. It was the perfect... proportion of fudge crunch and rich creamy coffee. The Baskin-Robbins location in Flowood was completely stocked, as clean as itCan be, And I was politely greeted the second I walked through the door by a young girl eager to help me find this perfect bite.You definitely get a good amount of ice cream here for your money. This is hands-down my go to for ice cream. Not McDonald?s,not sonic, not ice corner, and not the ice cream aisle in Kroger. When I want ice cream this is where I go to satisfy mycraving. Read more
Just your average Baskin Robbins. Pretty much the same set up as most. I've been to this location multiple times and I've always... had the flavors I liked available. Staff is usually pretty friendly and quick. Friday and Saturday evenings are pretty busy. Ilove the cotton candy flavor, mint chocolate chip and nutty coconut. Seating is somewhat limited if it does get crowded. Read more
