Always closed during listed business hours. Been here @ 9 am, 10 am, and today 7/30 @ 11:30 am and lights are on but doors are... closed and nobody seems to be inside. Frustrating! Read more
Amber is absolutely rude, she doesn?t care about making sure you get good service and food she just wants you out of her face... and isn?t afraid to tell you that. She told me I was wasting her time and even told me to hurry up. I?d understand to an extentif she was alone but she had other employees there to help. My card declined the first time and she responded with ?Well I madethat for nothing.? Something should be done about this. If she doesn?t like her job, she shouldn?t take it out on customers,which is what she did. Read more
It is 7:15pm on Saturday evening and this place is closed!!!!!! Their hours say their open until 9pm. I went to open the door... and the two people inside were sitting at a table together. They completely ignored me. They saw me for sure but statedlaughing and looking at each other. 3 other cars drove in and tried to go in with no luck. This place has gone down hillsince the pandemic. Young kids in there are never pleasant or even speak to you. I wish there were another location near. Maybe I'll do some research. Be ready for locked doors and terrible service!!! If I could give this place no stars I would. Whoever owns this joint is losing money big time. We now have options here in Braselton, GA. Don't go here!! Read more
I haven't been to this subway since 2019, at one time I used to go to this one almost weekly with my GF. We went there today... 3/24 at around 530 pm. It was fairly clean. There was almost no chip bags out. How do you have no bread? Well, this one had only3 sub loafs left. At 530 pm? Who ever is their shift manager clearly isn't doing their job. Why is it subways are always skimpyas hell on their veggie toppings? Well, this one was no exception forcing me to ask for more veggies. Missing 3 sides of chips, missing smashed avocado in my sub as well as wrap. Wrap missing veggie patty. So the whole order is... wrong. Called the store and they hung up on me. Spoke to two staff members working ( Thursday 4:50 PM EST). Both rude and didn?tbother to try and understand my problem instead they just hung up on me. Not to forget food was super cold. Your average subway. Only issue is they've messed up at least one of my sandwiches every time I have ordered from here online.
