Great place to get some delicious food with the best service! Me and my family had a birthday party here and the food, service... as well as the atmosphere was great. All the folks at Rachetti's like Danny, Kyle, Bryce and many more went above and beyond toaccommodate us by making everything from the food to where we enjoyed it an amazing experience. I would highly recommend themfor your dine in, carryout and catering needs. They have large portion sizes and great prices when you need to feed a largegroup of people. The attentive staff made sure everything went smoothly and we had everything we needed the whole time we werethere. Me and my family were amazed at how fresh and homemade everything tasted. Good stuff! Stopped in for a late lunch on a Monday (Thank you for being open on Mondays when so many places are not.) Our... server, a sweet girl with pink hair, was great. Funny and helpful. At 2:30 in the afternoon, we were one of the only tables inthere, so the service was very fast! We got the pork jack fries for our appetizer - so delicious. With the stack of barbecuepork and cheddar jack cheese on top of salty crisp fries, it could have been a meal on its own. They served it with ranchdressing, but I asked for honey mustard, and for me that was a better flavor combination! I got a small specialty pizza as myentree. It had caramelized red onion, spinach, feta and bacon. No red sauce on this one, just cheesy, garlicky goodness.Gracious it was delicious! Their brick oven pizzas have a thin crust that is flaky and buttery. I was impressed with thelightness and crunch. We got the pumpkin spice cheesecake for dessert. Good lord. It was funny because I ordered one slice toshare but the server said it wasn?t too big so we got a second piece. SO glad we did. It was amazing. The creamy, tangycheesecake has pumpkin spice swirled in and there?s no crust on this one, just a layer of pumpkin custard along the bottom.HEAVEN. In a funny turn of events, we went to a school function at Cherokee Bluff High School later in the evening, andRachetti?s was there selling pizza at a booth for the band event. My daughter ended up getting more pizza and trying theirchicken fingers. The chicken fingers were tender and plump with a well-seasoned breading! The staff at this outdoor event weresuper sweet and friendly too, so I think they are just rocking cool employees. I?d love to go back and try their Chicago-styledeep dish pizza! This pizza is hands down the best pizza I have ever had. The service is incredible the people are so nice, and I will every week... for cheat day. This is the go to place to eat have watch the game and spend time with family. I had no idea pizza this good wasso close. Five starts all the way. 20? Chicago Deep Dish- first time in my life I have felt intimidated by a pizza! I am a huge fan of Chicago-style pie and... Rachettis did not disappoint. $45 meal included the largest pizza I?ve ever had on my table, a bonus 10? 1 topping thin crustthat came free with our order, side salad and a draft beer. There was enough food to fill 8 hungry bellies! Our server wasexcellent. The seating was uncomfortable enough to default to ordering takeout in the future. Wow, wow, wowwie wow!!! This place is off the chain hook! My wife and I got a Chicago style deep dish pizza and it was... amazing. Be patient. It's deep dish and takes a while to cook. We had Mac and Cheese bites to start with while the pizza wascooking. They were creamy cheesy and yummy. Then the pizza arrived. OMG! Is huge. One slice was enough. I tried two but puthalf of it in the box to take home. My wife and I, beig from the north, are always on the hunt for good pizza. This pizza,Rachetti's Pizza, is one of the best we've had in GA. We are from Chicago, moved to Georgia 6 months ago. We can verify this is authentic Chicago pizza and Italian Beef. They were... very busy, but managed it well. We drive 45 minutes once a month we love it so much. Read more

My family and I were excited to try this pizza especially after everyone was raving about it and when we got home it was... completely raw. The edges around were cooked even a little burnt but the inside was not. We paid 40$ and waited for almost anhour. I?m sure it would have been delicious if it was cooked all throughout! I?d recommend everyone to double checking to makesure your deep dish pizza is cooked all the way before driving home(this was our mistake) However I am leaving 5 stars becausetheir customer service was awesome, they were understanding and got our issue fixed.
