I wanted "hot out of the grease" spicy chicken and had to wait 20 minutes while a fresh batch was being cooked. It was worth... the wait because the chicken was SUPERB! It was both seasoned and cooked PERFECTLY! I had ordered the 11-piece chicken onlyspecial. Service falls short, as is been in the last few years. Their food isn't great, but is better than other Popeyes restaurants in... the Atlanta area. Wait time is terrible. We waited 30 minutes for our food. ???? Read more

Very nice employees; probably the nicest employees of any Popeye's location I've ever been to. Food was also very hot and fresh.

Ordered the 8 PC butterfly shrimp combo, asked for cocktail sauce. They took my money and asked me to pull up and wait. Another... car had pulled up to wait so I pulled into a space. It took about 15 minutes to get my food to me and the girl snarled at methat I was supposed to be waiting at the door not in a parking space. I explained that I was trying to get out of the way.Shrimp was a huge disappointment! Butterfly?? No where near! ....and NO cocktail sauce! Food quality lacks here. Lately been seeing Nextdoor neighbor complaints so it?s not just us. Recently a neighbor was promised a... refund for stale cold food they were served. After being promised this the manager on duty changed their promise to a no andoffered them more food instead. You just hurt yourself as a business way more than giving refunds when negative reviews arewritten. You want to compete with Chick-fil-A make your food as advertised tasting fresh and refund customers when food is notprepared as advertised and what your other Popeyes branches serve. Staff were nice. That's all I can say good about it. The food sucks. When you buy the checked tenders, is actually chicken... cutlets that have been cut down even smaller then fried. I work in a meat dept and know 100% these are not tenders and they arefor a fact cutlets. Read more
