Came in and staff was not in the front. On top of that, the toppings were all over the counter and a complete mess. Floor was... filthy. (FYI, it?s always dirty every time we come to this location) The girl finally appeared from the back to check us out andwent straight back to the back after we walked out. We sat in the car to eat bc tables were so dirty. Then we watched anotherlady walk in and she waited to be checked out and she had to go to the back to get the girl. Yogurt selections were decent but the machines and topping areas weren't as clean as I expected. Even with two workers at the... front and not a lot of customers, many of the toppings weren't refilled. The lack of fresh fruit and mochi were disappointing aswell. Read more
