I?m not a person to get mad, but this place infuriated me. I tried ordering something very basic from them at 9pm and they where... rude and took way too long and all I ordered was a Diet Coke and a large fries and it took them an hour just to get to my orderand they gave me attitude making me feel like it was my fault. The only good service this place has is in the morning but thenight crew is awful. Read more
The manager working this morning 11/22 @ 9:58am, was awesome! I went through the drive through, ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese... biscuit. Got to the red light a realized there was no bacon on the biscuit. I was craving bacon!! So I turned around and wentinside. She was super nice, made no excuses, got me a new biscuit and threw in a little extra for me. Just want to say that Iappreciate her and that it's probably the best customer service I had in a long time!! You rock! Read more
Came through at 4:30 a.m. Says it's open 24 hrs. Pulled up to order food. Waited 7 minutes. No one answered. Went to drive thru... window there were people inside. Multiple times I have gone there in the morning and they have been closed. No sign. Justsomeone on the intercom saying we are not serving at this time. Honestly this is the worst Mac Donald in my area since new. I?ve been there early morning for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The... tables, floors, kitchen floors are always disgusting I don?t understand how they?re still open. I?ve use drive t and theyhave given me the wrong order. 11/27/22 - Sat in the drive through for 15 minutes and was still waiting to order food. Decided to go inside and see if that was... faster. Waited for my food inside for an additional 15 minutes....30 minutes to get a diet coke, fry, and cheeseburger... it waspainfully slow and nobody cared. Get it together McDonald's. Read more
