It's ALWAYS closed. I'm not sure who owns this one, but they are not willing to get in there themselves and get this store up to... par. I moved back to Flowery Branch in January of this year (2022) and I've seen this little ceasers open twice. And it seems tobe just a few hours at a time. That's the reason for the one star. Because I cannot go any lower or I would. Read more

Little Caesars is a discount pizza joint as everybody knows. For the past several months I've avoided LC because quite frankly... the pizza wasn't worth the discounted price relative to Papa John's. However, this location in particular and possibly othershas really turned things around. I think they have new management and if so it shows. I had an event where I had a large groupof kids needing pizza and gave LC a shot again after avoiding it a while. I was surprised that everything from the crust, tothe sauce, to the cheese was a lot better. I asked the next time I ordered and was told the location is able to prepare pizzasthe way they want VS. Whatever policy was before so toppings and cheese improved. While I still prefer Papa John's crust VS LCcrust I would have to say that for the price LC definitely has the better value now! Read more

This past Friday night my wife and I went at 9:50pm to get some pizza hoping they had a hot n?ready so we wouldn?t have to make... them make a whole new pizza for us right before they closed. The manager Heather took our order with much love and kindness eventhough they didn?t have a pizza ready and made an entire new pizza for us. Heather was super kind and was patient with us evenas we scrambled for loose change to pay for the pizza and was kind enough to give us double cheese and double pepperoni! Thatwas definitely the best little Caesar?s pizza my wife and I ever had and thanks to Heather she saved our date night ???? Read more

They opened back up 7 days a week now and service is great every time through the drive-thru. I normally get the classic and... it?s always pretty fresh! Read more

We just picked up Little Caesar?s (Spout Springs location) for our kids for dinner and the new owner and manager has made a... complete turnaround. The pizza was fresh and perfectly made and the young lady who met us at the drive thru was so friendly andrespectful. I highly encourage you to give it another try if you had given up. Read more

I have never experienced such horrendous customer service not only from the employees but their manager, Heather. I ordered an... online order at 10:30 in the morning for pick up at 5:30. I received an email confirmation that the order was ready at 5:16, thetime I arrived. I waited more than 15 minutes in the drive-through, holding up other customers, who were clearly agitated. Afterspeaking to two different employees who had no clue what I was talking about, Heather, the store manager, if you want to callher that, appeared annoyed and rude at the window. She continued to make me feel stupid that my pickup order wasn't ready until5:30 and that she would ?get me my pizza 4 minutes faster.? I tried to show her the email that the pizza was ready at 5:16 butshe refused to look at it and shoved the pizzas in my face, stating, ? Take your pizzas, they are ready? over and over again. Myhusband called to confront her about the situation and to speak to her about how unprofessional she was and how inappropriateshe made me feel. Her tone still did not change and she was still rude and unprofessional to my husband as well who began theconversation calmly but it quickly escalated and she became overly defensive and stated that she had video evidence. Which wasunnecessary and very extreme at this point. We are both reasonable people who have worked in retail or with the public for morethan 20 years and we both were left shocked and speechless at the negligence of basic human relations. Needless to say, I don?tcare how good their prices are, I will never order from a Little Caesars again. Great job Heather, I?m sure you?re making yourdistrict manager so proud of you! I wish you the best of luck in life and hope you find an ounce of professionalism. Read more
