Zero stars (I had to select one star in order to post my review). I went here at exactly 8:48 p.m. November 19, 2022 and... proceeded to try and order a meal for my daughter and I. A gentleman was taking our order at the drive-thru. We asked for theBig King Meal and then a young lady came over the intercom and said "We're only selling fried foods." The young man then cameback and proceeded to ask if we wanted the #4 meal". I asked him what she said and he stated "nothing pay her no mind." No onewants to show up to purchase your goods only to be played with by immature employees. I frequent the attached gas station quitea bit. We were quite excited to be getting a Burger King location in the Flowery Branch area but this one is often closed due tothe inability of quality employees. We steered away because of the frequent closing of this location since it has been open.Tonight we decided to give it another shot but it did not turn out the way we hoped it would. Read more
We just went through there today at 4:37pm and we thought they were closed they were so dead. We told them our order and they... repeated it back twice. We ordered no pickles, onions or mayo? we get home and it had all 3 on the burger? they also ripped oneof the long sandwich patties in half instead of using a jr chicken patty. I worked fast food when I was 18-22 (McDonald?s, KFCand Bojangles) and it is not hard to read a slip and put the sandwich together especially when you only have one customers mealto make. My husband and I have been here several times. Every time we get food it's drenched in condiments. We actually have to wipe... off most of it just to even be able to eat it! Gross!! Whoever is manager need to get better employees or train them correctly! Read more
Gave me back less change and didn?t mention they were out of change until I asked for the rest of my money back, Awful service... and they do not answer the phone when you call even if they aren?t busy. Manager is helpless and does not try improvinganything. He?s there for the check obviously and slacks to the point that every review is one star. Good job buddy. Read more
Fantastic and friendly customer service, all smiles in the building. Annette Townsend was absolutely wonderful and made sure our... experience was perfect. Very impressed with her and the staff! Food is fine during the day. Service is great during the day. At night they always close not just the inside early which I can... understand but the drive thru also. They leave the lights on like they are open and even walks around with drive thru headset onso that the cameras make it look like they are. This is the 3rd time at 930 they are closed with employees inside so it's not astaffing issue. Just thought maybe management should know if by chance they can't figure out why they don't make any money aftera certain time. Read more
The staff is very nice this is my third time here. The three times We?ve been here dining room have not been clean and we?ve... always have something missing. I really hope they can pay more attention to the place and the food and not be like the one anexit 8 cause it?s always a horrible experience. I really hope this place can improve. Read more
