I have been here twice. My first order was Mapo tofu. The first spiciness has little different hits, it gives you little... heat,but not over power. For my 2nd order,I got N3 Beef noodle soup. So good!!! My husband has spent a lot of time in China over the last 25 years and loves authentic Sichuan food using Sichuan... pepper corns. They did it right!
