First time going to this place and I am so happy to have found a Cafe worth going to! We have been in search of a good Cafe... since moving to Flower Mound from Houston. The food is good, portions are large, and the service is great. Also, for me to be afellow Texan...it was nice to be able to step foot in a restaurant that embraces the Texas roots by making this place Texasthemed. It added another layer of comfort while dining. I was excited to discover there was a new sit down breakfast restaurant near my sons school. This intersection needed a good... breakfast place. I?ve eaten here twice and I have enjoyed it both times. The coffee is good and strong. The food portions arelarge. It wasn?t busy at all (8am on a Wednesday). Perfect for meeting friends for breakfast/coffee! This will be my preferredweekly breakfast place to camp out for a few hours while my son takes his class. Read more

Just went there for the first time. Super friendly staff. Speedy service. Listen, I LOVE breakfast food, any time of day. I\'ve... tried an omelet at a couple dozen breakfast joints in the region. And this place, hands down, had the best omelet I\'ve everhad. Wife and I split the ginormous \"Texas Star\" omelet. Basically a giant 4 egg omelet with everything in it. They get thatgriddle-seared flavor into it and it\'s just perfect. Their salsa is also fantasic. Generous portions on the sides aswell.\n\nOnly downside: my wife ordered a blueberry pancake a la carte and the batter was still not fully cooked around some ofthe blueberries in the middle. I didn\'t deduct a star because the other food was THAT GOOD, but they might want to let their(HUGE) pancakes cook just a tad longer.\n\nBottom line is that we will be back, and soon. Tons of great menu items. I can\'twait to try the chorizo eggs Benedict. Excited that they have both migas AND chilaquiles on the menu in addition to all thetraditional brunch options. Read more
