Wow! This place goes out of their way to antagonize and alienate their customers. Ordered two sandwiches online only to be told... when I got there they were completely out of meat and only had a small selection of veggie toppings. Asked for a refund from theself-described "manager" and was met with threats of violence and something about how "his mom was gonna come after me."Uhhhh....ok, whatever. Four other employees were slumped across several booths (one was sleeping) and they were giving otherwalk-in customers attitude aa well. So to summarize, this store is incapable of managing their supply inventory, threatens andscreams at the few patrons they have left, and has most of their employees slouched over the tables reserved for customers doingpretty much nothing aside from playing with their phones. I recently visited Subway #14296-0 located at 2911 Cross Timbers Rd. Suite 111, Flower Mound, TX 75028. I ordered online.... Because I ordered online, my thoughts were that things would be PERFECT because what I?m asking for is written. Things were NOTPERFECT. Things were Horrible and the Employee by the name of Natalie was LESS THAN HORRIBLE. I ordered online and went in topick it up. I didn?t check because I?m thinking, ?I ordered online. It?s written. Surely they won?t mess it up.? I get back tomy office to find that there is no Bacon and I?ve been charged for Bacon and the Cheese is incorrect. I called three times tospeak with someone to see if it could be replaced later in the day. All three times, I was put on hold and then hung up on. Iwent back to see how I could be accommodated. My initial contact stated that she was new, had no clue and asked Natalie to comeassist me. Natalie came with the ugliest attitude. Natalie asked what I wanted her to do because she wasn?t giving a refund. Notone time, had I asked for a refund. I then stated, do I get something extra for poor Customer Service being that I?ve called,been hung up on, and had to return. ?I can remake the sandwich but that?s all I?m doing.? Ok, since you?re clear about NOToffering a refund that I hadn?t asked for, remake the sandwich and make it the way the ticket specifies. She remakes thesandwich, she brings it to me in a hostile manner. I say ?Thank You? & she says NOTHING. She walks away to go sit with a littlegirl that is frequently there. The little girl looks to be between the ages of 4-7. This little girl is there often. She works ashift in the store with whoever she?s with. This visit was less than HORRBLE, Customer Service was less than HORRIBLE. What Iwill NEVER do is spend my money with Trashy Customer Service. Today was my Last Visit. Due to a medical condition I was unable to take large bites or chew easily. I asked the person behind the counter to make my... favorite sub in a bowl without bread. No problem, but in addition she cut the meats and lettuce and vegetables into small pieceswithout being asked!!! WOW! This was the best tasting thing I had eaten in weeks! The following week I went back and the made mybowl just the same?only they wouldn?t let me pay! I will be back again and again because of their kindness. Read more

Subway (Cross Timbers next to Sonic). Subway at one time was King around the area, and they provided consistent good food at the... shops. But you all know that has changed, I and neighbors can not believe Lewisville Walmart still has the Subway open, sincefreshness of food seems below average. I stopped at Cross Timbers Subway last night with a few friends. Hard to see from thestreet, maybe the City should allow a larger sign. Friendly staff, clean tables and floors. The SUB bread and fixings werefresh and delicious. When I parked, could hear loud music from the vehicles at Sonic, but it was quiet inside.
