My husband just brought home two grande lattes. I thought I picked up the wrong one because it didn?t feel full and maybe I?d... picked his up that he?d drunk out of. Nope. It was mine. And it was only 2/3 full. I opened the lid on my husbands as well andit was the same. He?d only taken a small sip on the drive home. Very disappointed to pay $14 for two lattes only to get 2/3worth in both drinks. Read more

Got charge 2 times for one item. I did not notice until I was at work. I called and said they can't do refund over the phone... that I have to come back. I can't go back since that is not my route to work that day I had to drop off my sister to work thatis why we had coffee there. Other companies do refund over the phone. Is ashamed that Starbucks being a recognized company can'tdo that. Read more
