I asked for freshly baked , not microwaved, cookies and they microwaved them again. This has happened at this McDonalds every... time! Freshly baked cookies are very hot and flat but when they microwave them the cookies are puffy and warm. I have hadcountless problems with this McDonalds so I usually go to the Cross Timbers. This is the worst McDonalds and has been for a long time. The morning manager is useless - can never get an order correct... because their is a communication barrier. You can sit in this location and watch how many people's order are wrong in the lobbyand drive thru. Read more
My usual breakfast. Order on the app. So quick that way. Plus i get my large ice coffee fir .99 cents. They were out for a... week. They are fast and are always cleaning when i go inside. Kids area is open again. 9/22 Read more
Went friday night with my son to have a coffee, ordered a frozen mocha frappe and large fries in addition from the kiosk located... inside. Got a table and waited for 15 minutes before walking to the counter to check on my order. There was no rush with barely2-3 customers inside and a few drive-thru vehicles, but the staff of young kids were still pretty busy talking to their friendswho came in to place some orders. I stood there for ~8-10 minutes and no one noticed me standing there. For a moment I thought Iturned invisible. I called up one of the staff member who looked bit senior as compared to the kids on the counter and askedabout my order. She was unable to locate my order in the beginning, but eventually found it and I think she began prepping it. Ihad to stand further for another 6-8 minutes before another staff checked with me (finally) and he then began prepping my order.I got it after a minute or 2 once the staff decided to work on my order. In total, I think I had to wait for ~35 minutes to geta coffee & a frozen mocha. What is more frustrating is the fact that I stood there for 10+ minutes hoping at least one of thestaff member would 'ask' me what I was waiting for - note that the place was almost empty and barely few cars at the drive-thru. The review is on customer service. I came in there were two ladies talking about life however they did not acknowledge me at... all. It would have mattered at all but I was the customer in the building. I used the restroom, come back out to place my order.There was same lady is moping the floor she sees me at the counter. I am there for a good 3 minutes. The people at the drivethru are working away. I look around- I see the kiosk "so I guess I suppose to use the this" My point is that she should havesomething. The facility is one of the cleanest one that I have visited. I was just disappointed in employees attitude andservice. Read more
Went drive thru, order egg muffin. Coffee with cream on the Side. Came home and did not find my cream. They put it inside my... coffee. I like to put it myself. Days later, I order the muffin with ham/it's Canadian bacon, coffee. Got home and the muffinhad no egg and 1 bacon cut in half. Went and told them, no egg and wrong meat. They came back and I checked and I got the eggbut same bacon. Lady took it back and finally got it right. Coffee was cold by then. But I heard as I waited in my car, thelittle man inside say, in Spanish, people just don't know how to order. I told him in Spanish I ordered right. See my receipt?He would not look at me. I was a Bi-langual teacher and speak both language daily. My son the other day ordered chicken nuggets and they were cold. They have always had very good service in the past. Read more
We stop by here tonight to grab some food on the way back to the house. The food was not ready and we were asked to pull to the... first parking spot to wait. We grab the food and went on to the house. When we open a food about three minutes later thehamburger was ice cold and the french fries were hard and dry. Really...?!?! The failure of workers who are too lazy to make newfrench fries and hamburgers. Look at these "large french fries"..!! Shown below in photos. There's just a few hard and coldfries in here. Spoke to the manager who made it better, somewhat... Stop by here to get the kids some quickie food since Ididn't feel like cooking. Everything came out pretty quick and was what we ordered.
