Walked in at 7:40 and was told no more white bread despite the kid working there holding a loaf. When asked he said that one is... for the driver. He gets the last sandwich of the night. The Flower Mound location on Cross Timbers has the worst customerservice ever. Read more

Freaky slow. Every time I order it's more than 30 minutes before it's out for delivery, and it takes at least 15 minutes ,... sometimes 30, to make the 5 minute drive to my house. Read more

A few minutes before 9pm, I placed an online order for delivery, thinking I was ordering from the JJ on Main St. (closes at... 10pm) as I knew the Crosstimbers location, closer to me, closed at 9pm. It wasn't until they called to tell me the tea hadalready been disposed and asked what other drink I wanted. That's when I realized I ordered from the wrong JJ's. They not onlytook our online order and made it, they were so kind to deliver it, all after they had already closed. Thank you so much JJ andthe young lady who made and delivered (Santana?) our food!! Every time I walk into this location I am greeted by young staff that looks annoyed I just came through the door. I'm not... expecting excellent customer service from a sandwich place but at least make your customers feel welcomed. If you ask for anyextras, prepare for further annoyed looks like you are putting them out. They also do not take the time to add any markings tothe wrappers of each sandwich you order so you only know which is which after you open them. The store in Lewisville off ofRound Grove road ? Night and day comparison. That crew is pleasant and kind as you interact with them and they take the time toalways mark sandwiches. I have literally been going to this location that is further away from me just to avoid the Flower Moundlocation for months. I thought I'll give them a try again, maybe things have changed. Nope. Still the same. Will be using theLewisville location permanently moving forward. Read more

After deciding to write a review; I looked over the other reviews and this location is right on par with 99% of the other... reviews. Except, I gave it 2 starts rather than one. First things first, ?this place needs more training? and by training Imean shut the location down and send your managers and associates to customer service 101. Not only were the associates makingsandwiches confused on orders and the jimmy john process; the ?manager(s)? or whoever was in-charge needs to learn aboutcommunication toward employees and the actual paying customer service industry. Honestly, this location is jokingly said to beran by a bunch of millennials; by which I mean entitled, problem solving inept, and lack of chivalry towards payingcustomers. About our experience: the order was wrong from the get-go. So, I took the order to the cash register and stated theissues. 2 wrong sandwiches (which I found out later the 3rd sandwich was wrong too but my daughter ate it because she was tootired to deal with sandwich issues) and 1 missing sandwich. The ?manager? was rude and scalding under his mask. He couldn?tunderstand why a plain turkey would need lettuce when the customer asks for it; so inconceivable! The manager literally wantedto stomp his foot and sigh. Not one time did he ever say we are sorry and we will make the order right; in fact I can?t rememberanyone in the place taking the time to say we will make this right and/or I?m sorry. Anyways, the order was not right and that?swhat it is. Then they tried to re-make sandwiches and the staff was confused to which who was making what sandwiches. It wasembarrassing.... In the end, the food was adequate but service left us to say we will spend our money elsewhere. We did get athank you from one of the associates on the way out (he must have been in the back the whole time) but nothing from the manageror anyone that helped us with our order.
