I usually go to this location bc it's closer but it's time to find a different one. I usually place my order through the app.... Each time they never got the sandwich right with the 1 extra instruction. Now I got a sandwich that was doused in oil andvinegar to the point to where the sandwich was inedible. Won't be returning to this location. They had no bread except for the mini size, so their answer was to charge us for 3 mini... sandwiches so it equaled the amount of meat in a large sandwich. Paid almost $10 more. I wasn't there (my family went) or elsewe would have left. The employees said the lack of bread was the general manager's fault. We like Jersey Mike's, but not thislocation. I decided to give this place a second chance today as the first time I went here the place was really filthy , the employees... were too busy to help me I guess making online orders The last time after about 5 minutes they finally acknowledged I was there. I ordered a #13 which is usually a cold sub at other Jersey Mike?s but the meat was warm and sandwich was nasty . The drinkmachine had food in it and was nasty so I skipped the drink . The floors had food all over them . Today I went in again and itis still filthy inside , sandwiches laying everywhere,only had one kind of chips . Just entering the place made me nauseous fromthe dirtiness . I have been to many Jersey Mike?s and this is by far the nastiest location I have ever seen. The employees seemtoo busy making online orders or something to help walk in customers and look they are completely unorganized and a huge messeverywhere. Restaurant itself is just filthy inside. This time I couldn?t eat there was so bad . I just walked out . The timebefore was the same way but I took a chance anyway as I love Jersey Mike?s elsewhere .
