Just wanted to take a moment to highlight a Server that went ABOVE and BEYOND! Last evening, Gregory V. was our Flower Mound... server and to say the least, he was on point! Ensuring the meals were perfect for the family, his interpersonal skills,politeness and promptness deserves 10 stars. We watched as he single-handedly covered the entire dining area and neverslowed-down! We have all experienced as of late, how restaurants and establishments are hurting for employees. Awesome food and great service. The loaded fries with chili are delicious and the burger is total quality. Totally recommended.

We had a large group come in this past Sunday without giving the restaurant a heads up and had a great experience. Morgan took... care of us, kept our checks separate (without us even asking) and got everyone's orders right. She also made sure we had coldbeer :) She was super positive and happy even though I know she wasn't expecting such a large group. Morgan Hamilton went above and above to accommodate to my celiac disease. She made it possible for me to enjoy not a burger of... my choice; but also tater tots and a milkshake that wasn’t even on the menu . Servers never go out of their way to make sure Ican safely eat. Ordered a burger and tots with an app. Ordered curbside. Parked right out front in an empty parking lot and waited till the... time my order said it would be ready. No one comes out. I call the restaurant and it rings 10+ times with no pick up. Ok maybethey are busy. Walk in place is dead. 2 tables and 1 guy at the bar. Manager is just chilling at the front. I get my orderthats been sitting behind the bar for at least 5 minutes. Get home and I get fries that were ULTRA well done and cold 0seasoning. Rest of the order was as expected. If you are going to offer curbside then do curbside. Other wise take it off yoursite. Dont serve cold, unseasoned, burnt fries. Was definitely not worth the $30 Read more
