We?ve given this location many opportunities but the truth is they just can?t get it together. Weekends, due to volume are... worse. No greeting when you enter. Wait times are excessive. This morning we were crossed off the wait list without being called- no apologies. Told 15 minutes wait - finally seated an hour later. Food was decent for the price. Saving grace here is thewait staff who has no control over greeters or kitchen. They are friendly, courteous, apologetic when needed, and happy to serveyou. Why do I go back? Hopeful they?ll improve? Supporting my community? Yes and yes but this time of year it?s for the pumpkinpancakes- they are always good! Read more

Pancakes were good, and my wife enjoyed the chicken and waffles. The 1 star reviews on here are not overblowing the bad customer... service though. I never talk about customer service because I think good food is WAY more important?but we overheard twoservers make fun of how fast someone was eating AND someone else for being hungover ???? I had a wonderful experience at this location. Mario was super nice and made sure my order was put in and received correctly. He... made me feel welcomed like family. I hadn't been to a restaurant in a while so I'm so happy to be treated so special. Read more

We were a large group and the place was busy . Alexander (the waiter) was great ! He managed to get ALL our orders right and he... was very pleasant and efficient . What impressed us all the most, it was his 2nd week on the job . He was amazing! Keep up thegood work Alexander, your manager and the owner are very lucky to have you on their team . God bless you ! We are (going to be used to be) regulars. Today we got here at 9am, waited 15m to be told that they have a lot of to go orders... to prepare. And for this reason they can't seat us for another 30m. Looking around in the restaurant, there's only 4 tables withpeople seated on it. I understand that they have staffing issues, but giving priority to online orders instead of people thatare here right now at the restaurant? Unreal! I asked to talk to the manager to try to understand better what's going on and iwas told she can't come, that she is cooking as well. And then I was told I was free to leave and find another restaurant... Allof this while Uber drivers are arriving and leaving with their to go orders. So sad to leave this review, as this has been ourto go place when we want pancakes..... Hope they get better and that management listens to people. From other reviews, this isnot an isolated situation. Update: after 30m wait, they said at least another 30 to 45m, that online orders kept coming and theyhad to give it priority. Every bad experience at this ihop! My family and I had a very bad experience. the waiter was old I understand he needs a job but... if he can?t handle work flow he shouldn?t be a waiter! My mother had gotten fish and it was burned, had a lot salt and oily andwhen the waiter brought the burger he had dropped it so we had to get another one!! The waiter was suppose to take the fish offthe bill but he didn?t. We ended up paying $76.00 for a bad service! It was a bad experience over all and wouldn?t go thereagain ! The shake we got the glass was dirty and has an order like fish and we had to ask for another glass, the coffee cupswere dirty aswell and the coffee was cold! It was waste of our money for todays trip!!!! Read more
