This has got to be one of the worst places in Flower Mound. Patron beware! The staff is very poor at performing their jobs. I... ordered, got the wrong food items, and when brought to their attention, I got attitude like it was my fault. Watched the counterstaff deliver food to tables and just drop it and say nothing and walk off. I would say go ahead and close this location andnobody would miss it. Bagels are frozen, staff poor at jobs, space is unclean, service is slow, and the staff does not care. Read more

walked in on 11-10-22 to place and order, me and my mothers first time here. right as we walk in we get no greetings or hello.... as we stand there for 5 minutes we?re listening to the phone ring for another 5 minutes and no one picks up the phone. the oneboy that works here is sitting down behind the counter talking while everyone else is doing the work for him. he is so loud andobnoxious as people are sitting down trying to enjoy their meals. he does maybe one thing and that is grab a napkin and pick upa bagel. not a nice first experience.
