I?ve only been twice (don?t typically go to donut chains), but this last time was Thanksgiving morning. The guy that took my... order had a genuinely friendly and welcoming demeanor. It kinda made my day! My breakfast sandwich was a simple egg/bacon/cheesebagel, but it was fresh and perfect. Cold brew coffee was tasty! Better than sbucks but not as good as 151. I like the blueberry coffee iced.
I ordered Coffee and it's literally at room temperature and the coffee feels more like water as it lacks the coffee power or the... strongness. Generally DD is consistent across the locations. But this is the first time I experienced this. On the other side,store is nice. Read more
This location has the nicest employees. We live 20 mins away and I drive to FloMo to grocery store and ran out without my... wallet. I had my TMobile discount but didn't have enough cash. Told them I'd run home and be back. The young gentleman ran outthe door after me and said "It's too hot today". The management there hires the best people. By far my favorite DD location! The staff is always nice and the iced coffee never disappoints. On weekends, I travel a little... ways to this location and it is worth it, even with the rise of gas prices. I wish I knew everyone?s names, but I usually getRenee and she is truly one of the best!! I am very happy with the service this morning! The lady at the window was extremely cordial, kind and accommodating. I wanted an... ice chocolate drink that they don?t usually make that and they made it for me and it was so good!! They were all very pleasant.I could sense a feeling cohesion and positivity among the workers. It was pleasant and clearly makes a difference in theirservice level. Visited 3 times between 7 and 7:30 and they are always out of donuts. If you know they go away fast you should prepare more in... numbers instead of sending back customers. Tried to give this advice to executive but they seems to be least interested inhearing this. If you can?t prepare more than why don?t put a board that we are CLOSED Read more
