These are the veggies I was served. When I raised a concern about it, I was quickly dismissed as an employee said ?These are... Mediterranean bowls. They are roasted. These are not burned, I can assure you.?Then I asked a second employee, I was alsodismissed. No effort was made to correct it or make me, the costumer, feel heard. Very disappointed. Fresh ingredients and large portions. Just note that the carbonated water can be easily confused with the regular water. A lot... of my family and I have confused the two. The best protein to get is chicken. It has an amazing seasoning and doesn't tastedry. The ingredients are so fresh and quality so it's very worth the price. Plus, the meal can last for lunch and a small middaymeal. The service here is great too. The employees working here are friendly and accommodating. I adore this restaurant. I?m hardly one to take the time to leave a review but this place WOWed me and I had to share. I had... never HEARD of Cava before it opened up in highland village near my house. When I visited, I let my server Andrew know that itwas my first time. He was super helpful and let me sample some of the options so I was able to pick my favorite out of foods Ihad never tried before. Probably going to be one of my favorite new restaurants in Flower Mound. Tastes amazing, looked fresh and you can basically... customize and make it any way you want. They do have a few menu Iran?s but you can make it about a hundred different ways.Restaurant is clean, and service was quick. Loved the food! Will keep going back! CAVA is the new Chipotle. I was so delighted to discover this restaurant. I have been a vegan for 9 years, and I must say vegan options are getting so... much better. How lovely to eat at a restaurant where I don?t have to remove half the things that come with my salad. My omnivorefriends were equally impressed and satisfied. If this is your first time here, be sure to look at the menu ahead of time, otherwise it may be a little overwhelming. It is a... Chipotle-style version of Greek/Mediterranean food. I have no complaints about the experience, it just wasn?t my style of food.I got the lemon chicken bowl, and in my personal opinion, the flavors did not mix well together. Take that as you may!
