Karla catered my step daughters communion and did a perfect job. Karla was over the top in helping us getting us stuff we needed... even if she wasn't responsible for it. Karla, Karla, Karla... This woman and this food are God's gift to Montgomery County. I don't have the words to describe this as... eloquently as they deserve, but trust that you will not regret it if you stop in for a bite or use Karla's catering for anyevent. Walking in here feels like walking into your mom's kitchen. Karla catered a lunch at our home for Mother's Day, thenagain for my mom's service after her passing a few months later and both times I was left speechless by Karla's food andservice! Flank steak, caprese sammies, sides, you name it, it's going to hit the spot. Every time we use Karla, everyone israving about the food and asking where everything is from. She did an absolutely beautiful job setting everything up for mymom's service and truly makes every dish with so much love. Everything is as fresh as you can imagine, seasoned to the point ofperfection, and portions are hearty so NO ONE will go home hungry. I've housed her chips and guac in one sitting on multipleoccasions as well. Honestly I could probably write a book about Karla & her restaurant & her kitchen but I will leave it atthis.... Stop what you're doing and get your bum over there. Have a meal, have a chat, and soak it in. Home made meals don't getany better than this!!!! Took food down the shore to make the first night easy, and also ordered food for my daughter?s birthday ; it was short notice... and we only did sides bur everyone loved them ! Also appreciate that Carla was open and honest about not being able to doentrees for that day due to her not be available for setup ect . Would order again Read more
I went here on a recommendation for lunch instead of wawa. The chicken salad was fantastic! Might be the best I?ve ever had and... the tomato cucumber and feta salad was light fresh and delicious. If their sides are this delicious I can?t wait to try theirentrees! Read more
It doesn't get any better than Karla's! Her food is amazing and she puts her love into everything she makes. During these past... couple weeks Karla has been cooking up delicious and nourishing meals for our local healthcare workers thanks to a communityeffort! I love hosting our friends at our summer outdoor dinner parties BUT I don?t want to miss the fun or be so exhausted from cooking... that I can?t enjoy my own company. PLUS I love having others do the cooking for me. Our friends were so impressed with all thetasty food we had from Karla?s Kitchen which included two main entrees (Chicken and Salmon) along with her Broccoli & RaisinSalad. Karla made an amazing sauce for the chicken dish and the Salmon had Pineapple Salsa. Our guests gave us raving reviewsfor the food. A real old-school deli style restaurant with amazing variety. EVERYTHING in the display case looks delicious and seems to call... to you. I finally settled on meatloaf with asparagus and potato salad. It was really satisfying - quality ingredients andexcellent preparation.
