Worst service I ever had. They got my order wrong and the manager said I was wrong and she put the right order in the bag. Was... going to make me wait until other orders were complete to correct mine. Would give 0 stars if i could. What ever happened tocustomer service. I ordered online at 6:30 email receipt said carry out in about 38-43 mins, why the hell did I not get my food till around... 8:45-9PM.. I asked the front counter rep was my order ready 3 times all they asked was my name (wouldn?t it make sense to askfor order #?) and said it wasn?t ready. When I told my wife let?s get a refund after sitting for hours, the manager asked why wewanted one (dumb question), we told them we ordered at 6:30, she proceeded to look the order up on her computer and said ?ohthis order didn?t print off for us? So it 11:20 pm. At Wingstop they have signs posted everywhere saying that they're closing at midnight everyday. Except for the... one day I get there at 11:20 then they're closed and the overweight female employee the nearsighted one that works there comesout yelling at me saying "we closed" over and over again like a broken record. I explained to The village idiot that I gatheredthey were closed because all the lights were off and they were in there hiding in the dark from customers like villains of thenight. I asked if there was any chance my order could be ready but I already paid for instead of even trying to make an effortshe starts yelling "we closed" like that's the only thing she can say at this point it's almost comical. So knowing what she'sgoing to say I asked if I could speak to a manager and you would not believe what her response was...... "We closed" ... It had been 5 years since I had been to WingStop after the last trip was not good. My daughter wanted it and rarely can I say no... to her. I ordered it online and we pick it up to eat it there. The restaurant was clean not crowded and our food was ready ontime. I was impressed this time. Everything was good. The chicken wasnt overcooked and the fries could have been a lil crisperbut you can't win em all. My daughter enjoyed it. That's all I care about. We will be back Read more
DISGUSTING!!!! ! I ordered a 20 piece boneless wing and they had the audacity to bite one of my hibanero wings and the atomic... wings and put it back in the box.
