I ordered ahead for hot 2 grande white chocolate mochas (with almond milk) and a tall hot caramel macchiato. The wait time was... insane and they almost forgot the third drink. Once we got them, one of the white mochas were just as they should be, thecaramel macchiato lacked the taste of almost any caramel. The other white mocha was incredibly disgusting. It was more or lesswater with a hint of coffee. I can almost guarantee you that I will not be back to this location. I used stars on this purchasetoo. To be honest, it would be the respectful thing, by the hands of the staff, to give me those back. Beyond aggravated. Andsomething should be done to make up for this. Read more

Their coffee always taste burnt as if they don't clean out their machines. I stopped going here and now go to another location.

Ordered my go to drink, Mocha Latte. It lacked its typical robust flavor and was bland. The flavor was definitely off. My... guess it that the improper proportion were used to make my Venti size drink. Manager Brian, replaced my drink which was betterbut not as satisfying as other cups I?ve had. Anyhow, I stopped in a few days later and witnessed a worker add ice to a cup acustomer had been drinking from. From my view the ice scooper came into contact with the customer?s cup. When I brought myobservation to the attention of staff, their response prompted me to request a refund especially after observing how certainsurfaces were unclean particularly the drive through window and it was only about 10:45am.
