2:35pm 10/19 exessively long wait, even though I ordered ahead. Only 2 employees on duty. Came in to pick up an online order,... girl is carrying her cell phone around chatting with friends and family, yelling and carrying on. Absolute stunning lack of anyprofessionalism whatsoever. Guy seems new and has no idea what is going on but I wouldn't blame that on him and she has nointerest in helping him learn. I've been a regular here but this will be the last time ?? Update: she was the manager on dutyand it was the guy's first day. He at least had the mind to apologize. Read more

Waited in line on my lunch break for 30 mins and there was only one car in front of me the lady in front didn?t even wanted her... order anymore? thats how long it took . I usually go to the one on Hampton close to my house & always out in 10 mins . Just forone smoothie, unacceptable. Read more

Everytime i come to this location the employees NEVER greet or acknowledge you. The employee didn't even tell me my order was... ready. Poor customer service, DO BETTER! Read more

I arrived at 8:45 pm. The hours on the front door clearly stated that smoothie king was open until 9 pm, but the girls working... the counter must have missed the message. I've gone everyday this week. The ladies in the store literally are there riding the clock. When someone finally decides to pick... up on the speaker, the response is literally "we closed due to short staff" so don't bother going if its 5pm or later. Oh did Imention, it's been 2 people in the store each time. They are causing the store to lose money versus working. The drive througheach day has turned away 3 cars each time I was there. Guess the owner don't mind paying the employees to answer the drive thruspeaker simply to turn cars away. People simply don't want to work but want a paycheck ???? Read more

Bunch of young kids standing around, busy listening to music instead of helping people. Took about 10 to 15 mins and it was only... 1 customers infront of me . Smoothie tastes terrible horribly blended with huge ice chunks smh clearly reading the reviewscustomer service is horrible at this location. Read more

I came here one time and got great service and a delicious smoothie. Today, I am wondering where the management is and why the... workers are having so much fun in the back while I'm waiting here 15 minutes now for 2 smoothies. The first ones they made werebasically solids in a cup, I could see the ingredients not blended well, and for a smoothie with spinach...were not green atall. This is my third and last time coming here. Management or the owner needs to really step up and get it together. I won't beback and encourage everyone else to visit another location. Read more

My first and last time at this location. Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered in the drive thru. The girl told us go ahead... but wasn?t listening. She laughed and had us repeat the whole order a second time? and she STILL rung it in wrong. We get to thewindow and Dalisa in her Street clothes, already has an attitude, rolling her hand and neck asking what we got? She gives us 4of our 5 drinks unmarked. I asked how are we supposed to know which is which. She said ?well there go the 32 oz.? I said ok howabout the other ones, yal don?t mark the drinks? She said no they never mark the drinks. She finally gave us the 5th drink whichwas wrong, but I for sure was not gonna send it back. Lord knows what she would have done to it. Smoothie king is delicious.
