I've gone everyday this week. The ladies in the store literally are there riding the clock. When someone finally decides to pick... up on the speaker, the response is literally "we closed due to short staff" so don't bother going if its 5pm or later. Oh did Imention, it's been 2 people in the store each time. They are causing the store to lose money versus working. The drive througheach day has turned away 3 cars each time I was there. 2:35pm 10/19 exessively long wait, even though I ordered ahead. Only 2 employees on duty. Came in to pick up an online order,... girl is carrying her cell phone around chatting with friends and family, yelling and carrying on. Absolute stunning lack of anyprofessionalism whatsoever. Guy seems new and has no idea what is going on but I wouldn't blame that on him and she has nointerest in helping him learn. I've been a regular here but this will be the last time ??
