I wish I could give this place 0 stars but you have to in order to write a comment let?s start off with staff attitudes they... don?t know the meaning of customer service the manager attitude is rude and disrespectful to people that?s spending their hardearned money there and want fresh food the food on the other hand is dry and look as if it had been sitting for days and daysthe order that I placed was a big order and was missing food to where I had to call they sit the phone down and take over 20minutes to where you can hear everything in the background them laughing and talking this establishment is so unprofessionalit?s ridiculous they need to give us more options of Pizza Huts in north county cause this ain?t it!!!!!!! We ordered pizza from this location and the pizza was dry, no taste , and super flat even though we DID NOT order thin crust!... I?ve been ordering from this location since 2015 and it?s been declining every since 2019! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATIONAGAIN! Read more

Delivery driver tells me when he pulls up, they told me "your order has been there since 12??!?!?!" the order was scheduled for... delivery @ 4:30....so in between that long time frame no one thought to reheat, remake the order or contact me forclarification. READ!!! Reading is fundamental, we have to do better! WE HAVE TO DO BETTER! If someone preordered something, whythe hell would you make hours in advance?! 1 stars. This is the only closest one near me and I order two pizzas with double bacon and regular toppings pepperoni. I tell... her it?s not double bacon, she takes it to the manager and I heard them in the back saying it is double bacon, when it?s not.You can?t even see the bacon for real. They had horrible customer service. The person at the counter must have been new but horribly orientated. Food was nasty and... still had to go back in twice for my extra condiments I paid for. Oh and I called my order in and it took over a hour to get it.The manager was at the front but rude also. Which caused the other person in front yo be irritated and rude. I came back inafter she assured me the condiments I asked her not to forget weren't in my bag. She forgot them then asked me to step up andthen slung my condiments on the counter by another person. Causing that person to have to step back due to COVID. I only stillpurchased trying to be nice and I didn't want to have to wait 30 minutes longer for a refund. As I saw another women do. Ihaven't ate at Pizza Hut in over three years and something told me to go to your location by my home but I didn't. Big regret Idon't know when I'll be back, I was very disappointed with this encounter. My pizza was the nastiest the pepperoni was good myfamily said. At least they ate because I don't eat pork. If I could give zero stars, I would have. By far the worse locations. Bad customer service. Phone ringing constantly no one... answers it. Ordered online, employees walking by one, not saying a word, no greeting or acknowledgement. When more people camein, they finally decided to come from the back, and still had attitudes. Read more
