Outstanding! This is my second review for this Pizza Hut. The last 3 times I have ordered Pizza Hut off Patterson, it?s been a... very pleasant experience. My pizza is always hot, fresh, and prompt when I order. Brian, my delivery person was pleasant andlovely. He was friendly, and professional. My pizza was plenty of toppings, and exactly what you expect when you order food. Iwill be getting my pizza from this Pizza Hut from now on. I am very satisfied and couldn?t ask for a better place. I want tospecifically mention my delivery person, Brian. I can?t stress this enough about him, he was AMAZING!!! He was prompt,professional, friendly, and went above and beyond the call of duty to make this experience as pleasant as possible. Read more
Pizza Hut is using Door dash for delivery!!! And say they aren't responsible for the pizza once it leaves the store. They don't... keep record of who picks up the pizza, either! Nowhere on the website does it say delivered by Door dash. Once you contactthem, they refuse to refund you & tell you to contact Door dash. Even though, they don't prove you with the information tocontact Door dash. If you find a way to contact Door dash, they tell you to contact the store because you paid Pizza Hutdirectly. Horrible delivery team...delivery left my order on ground instead of hand to hand contact. Not even ringing thr doorbell...Took... the food back to the store. Explain what happened and the driver left they lunch mod pizza pretty much sums up the deliverystopped and got MODS pizza before dropping my food off,which lead my meal to be ice cold..Team lead just shook his head....
