terrible, my pizza was wrong, i cried i creid did i mention that i cried. i then stopped crying absolutely furious. my pizza was... wrong, they managed to replace every topping i loved except the bbq sauce with the toppings i absolutely despise. this made meangry. my poor mammy can't handle this pressure. this made me so incredibly sad, angry, and sad. i used to be happy everytime iheard, "we're getting MOD" but now i cry, i suffer, it triggers a new form of PTSD that i hate. the ptsd that occurs everytimeyou hear the words, "MOD pizza" because they messed it up so much. i cry, i cry. and man oh man this made me cry. get bettermod, you disappoint me more than my father that abandoned me at the age of three. Ordered dinner tonight from this place off the online menu. Pizza was horrible and tasted old. Salad had toppings on it that we... didn't order as well. Not to mention the bad attitudes up there when we went to pickup. Eat here at your own risk. Place wasnot clean on top of all this. They were literally walking on food and toppings in the back where they were preparing the food. Waste of$40. Read more
Nasty! Me and my daughter went there today to around 20min after opening and the door was locked. The manager was arriving and... Apologized saying he had to pick up something. He unlocked the doors and let us in and ran around to the serving station, didn'twash hands and asked us what we wanted. I asked was he gonna wash his hands and he did but then a different young lady came outand put gloves on without washing hands. Then she pulled at her shirt shifting her bra with the gloved hand while making mypizza. I asked her can she change her glove and she pulled the glove off of that hand and threw it on the ground and continuedmaking my pizza with one ungloved hand. I told her to keep that pizza because I don't want it. The line was dirty, thecontainers of product being pulled from did not look fresh, I would never go back to this location. Nasty!!! Read more
I don't go there my son loves it I think it's because he has friends there. I did taste a slice and the topping were good but... the crust was burnt, so I really can't say good. Maybe if they take their time and don't burn it, it could be good. Read more
This was my first time trying MOD pizza and it was ok. It didn't meet my expectations but it wasn't bad. There are plenty of... toppings but no descriptions or names for the toppings. There were at least 4 or 5 meats and I had no idea what was pork, beef,or chicken. Most places I go to like this have a name for each meat and veggie. The area where you select the toppings was notclean like I expected and food was all over the counter. Overall, it was ok but not anything I would recommend. Read more
Got the cauliflower crust, and was not disappointed. Pizza cooked, and out to me in a couple minutes after I got my soda. Great... customer service. Read more
I feel like the pizza was just ?Okay?. Nothing fancy or spectacular. Could definitely use more cheese and sauce. Crust crumbled... apart and toppings slid off quickly. So a bit disappointed there. However I will say the staff were super nice and the buildingwas clean and inviting. They charge by crust size not by toppings, so you don?t have to go by their menu. Read more
Getting an order wrong happens! However, if it happens, you should have the order made correctly. We ordered delivery tonight,... which comes via Doordash. We had 5 pizzas and out of those 5, all of them were correct except for one. That one pizza wasHORRIBLY wrong to the point the my son couldn't even "make it work". How they mix up Pepperoni, bacon and pineapple and putonion, garlic, and mushrooms instead... I have no idea! But again... it happens! I called right away and was told they weregoing to make the pizza correctly and have it right out. 45 minutes later I still hadn't gotten even a Doordash update so Icalled to check on our pizza (mind you... the rest of the family was done eating at this point). I was told it was alreadypicked up. Ummmm.... ok.... next thing I know I get a Doordash update. It shows the driver got there and then he dropped theorder. I knew something wasn't right. I called the store again and was told that they had everything closed down and couldn'tmake the pizza. This was 2 hours of waiting from my original order placement time and an hour of that being waiting for our onereplacement. RIDICULOUS! In the meantime my son didn't have dinner. I told them I wanted a refund because this ridiculous andI was put on hold. I could hear the person talking to someone about how to do the refund but he NEVER came back on the line totell me that it was taken care of. I just sat on hold. I sat there for 20 minutes while they cleaned and played music andchatted in the background. I wanted to see if they would even notice that they left a customer on the phone. Finally I calledthem from another phone just to be able to let the guy know that he never came back to let me know if the refund was given. Longstory short, I think this store needs some employees that pay a little more attention to what they are doing and maybe not be insuch a hurry to shut down early. Read more
