Don?t come here after 8pm. Placed a mobile order only to sit in line for almost an hour. Got to the speaker just to get a... ?please wait?. To which I waited another 30. I?ve done my time at a McDonald?s so Ik the line could?ve been moved. Short ofstaff and all. It was only 4 cars left. Majority pulled off. I got here at 12am, left after 1. On the plus side, my food was hotand guy at the second window was sweet. V funny, so it made the whole experience a bit better. Read more
Customer service was good. However the hashbrown had freezer burn. So yuk! Also, no gravy? The only McDonald's in the area that... has gravy is up near 270. Read more
Only giving 2 stars because Breakfast is usually efficient and staff are friendly. However? the night shift is HORRIBLE. Used... the online app so I was forced to sit in line (doors were locked) for over an HOUR. This is not an exaggeration. They charged mycard to then told me I was at the wrong location or someone else got my food. How does that even make sense. I asked them toconfirm the address and no one even knew the address to confirm. I pulled over to confirm the address via email then had to goaround to ask the cashier what happened. If my 8 year old nephew didn't want some chicken nuggets, there was no way I would have waited 1 hr. I started in the drive... thru, waited about 30 mins in line. I finally was able to get out the line and go inside. It took another 30 mins or so. Mynephew was happy...lol so, if want McDonald's, don't be in a hurry! Read more

No stars what so ever!!! Also I was not order doordash to McDonald's especially this McDonald's the owners should be ashamed of... themselves for even letting this stay open 24 hours or whatever the hours are they should close at like 8:00 in the evening theydon't have enough staff apparently and I sat in the Drive-Thru and watched the night manager count the safe as I was stuck inthe Drive-Thru sitting in the window. I was so disappointed. This location used to be top notch a few years ago. I generally don't frequent fast food restaurants, ... but my granddaughter and her playmate wanted McDonald's. The service was poor, the restaurant was not clean, and the food wasnot good. The fries, which is always the best part of the meal, were overcooked in old grease. It was terrible. I will not beback! The most rudest and unprofessional people I've ever seen. The managers are no better than the staff! I used the McDonald's app... to order breakfast and the McKaren's worker gave me the rudest salutation over the drive thru speakers. I was the very onlyperson in the drive thru and kept saying hello and finally a very says hold up in busy right now, I said what did you just sayshe said then what do you want I said I made an app order and she went on to the second drive through lane and took thatperson's order. Finally she took my order and rudely said drive around to next window, so I drove to the very next window andthe McKaren worker totally ignored me while at the first window while other cars are now pulling up she takes their orders oneby one and never telling me to move forward or anything, I'm blowing my horn she's totally ignoring me and finally I startedknocking on the window until a manager that was sitting there all along came to the window and asked me what I wanted while theMcLaren is going off using all kinds of profanity and nobody does anything about not as much as an apology so I requested a DMand I was told by the persons that says they're management told me to get the number off the bag... This was an insane moment,especially since i order the same thing almost every morning .... I never had this type of problem before and definitely notlike that. I'm glad it was me and not someone else that could have been just as bad to give her what she was dishing out.
