As of lately since I started my own job I used to get my iced coffee's at the curbside pickup until a few times no one would... come out & my mom would have to walk in & get it making me almost late. Another time the dining area was closed for no reason &I couldn't get my iced coffee that day. You had to go to the drive thru & that was it & I did not feel like doing it. If you'regonna close the dining room for a reason, at least have a sign outside explaining why. And just yesterday after I paided for myiced coffee I overheard the staff say they ran out of iced coffee. I was just standing there waiting not one staff coming up tome saying they were out of iced coffee's until one came up asking what I was waiting for, I showed her my receipt & that's when2 ladies that were working told me they were out. I don't know if it was out the moment I got there or if it was already outbefore I got there. It doesn't matter either way because if you're out of a certain food item you could of said that on themenu. They instead offered me a frappe which I said yes because I'm not the person who gets into arguments & didn't want to dealwith it. Let's just say I'm not much of a McDonald's frappe person because I do not like the little ice chunks in it. Read more
It was very busy at the drive through so we went inside. Everyone was working very hard. One was cleaning the dining room while... the others were hard at work. I could hear the kitchen communicating very efficiently. I'm not going to lie, for a McDonald's Iwas very impressed. Read more

The room was fine, but we stayed so that we could have a little breakfast before we got our early start..at 8am There were no... eggs, Oatmeal or waffles. I believe we are due some type refund. Read more

I do not understand why I torture myself with McDonald's. I don't eat the food but my daughter loves it. So I try to keep it... simple this time Just two regular strawberry shakes. We waited over 15 minutes in line only to have to remind the young lady atwindow what we ordered. She had to go make it. What we got was a shake but strawberry wasn't the flavor neither was vanilla. Wetried to determine what it was and decided it was vanilla with just a hint of strawberry ???? Mine ended up in the trash. Icannot stand McDonald's. The two restaurants by my house have closed down. Lunchtime.. 12pm ish.. driver thru order #19. $5 big Mac meal. Asked for No onions no lettuce..took all this off my big mac... which caused me to lose my mac sauce.my nuggets were extra dry..the coke no ice.oreo mcflurry and ???? all great tho..customerservice was good too. Read more
