The food was excellent!! My first time ordering, I ordered carryout. I ordered goat soup, sukuma wiki, and fried plantains.... The plantains were a bit soft, for my taste. The flavor of the soup was very good, it was familiar to what I've had fromanother establishment. I love the greens, OMG ,they were very flavorful!!! I definitely will be back!! An amazing place to grab some excellent & healthy food, right here in the neighborhood! The first time I went in there, the... owner took the time to explain the menu to me because I was new to West African cuisine. He brought out some meat & sauce samplefor me to try. First time trying this place. Portion size is good. And I love the chicken wings with the sauce on the side. Jollof wrap with... chicken is good. The salad is fresh. They are polite and friendly . As a Nigerian, I cannot rave enough about this place. The place is clean and looks very nice. Excellent customer service.... Delicious food. I was in town for a conference with friends and after several days of disgusting food, this was a breath offresh air. I ordered the wakkye with chicken and plantain. My goodness. The chicken is traditional African chicken that waswell seasoned. Ask for pepper because it is so good and real pepper. If you can't handle spice, go mild. The food was Authentictoo. Owner was very kind and the artwork inside is so beautiful as well. Its clear they put time and effort into everything.Thank you for salvaging a trip to St. Louis that was becoming disappointing.
