This Dunkin has become a huge disappointment. It started off great with excellent service, and now it is the complete opposite.... Such a shame that this is becoming the new norm with employees being lazy and rude. Guess I will have to find somewhere else tospend my money. Read more
Went inside to order, waited a few minutes. Employee asked if I was picking up an order, I said no, she said inside is only for... pick-up. No signs posted on door to inform customers, WTH, guess they aren't really that good anyway! Read more
This place could be so much better than it is. First off, when I go through drive through I?m always sitting at the speaker for... a while before I?m even acknowledged. The drinks never taste the same as the day before (overly sweet). The last time I went, noone had on a uniform. The cashier had on jeans and a t-shirt which both appeared dirty, his nails were also dirty underneath aswell. I noticed his nails when he handed me back my card. I will say I?ve never had an issue with my food not being hot (themaple bacon sand-which is really good) . I just think with a little tweaking of these things I listed the establishment could bebetter. Read more
I ordered a sausage egg croissant and hashbrowns. The sandwich was not good I threw everything away. I was given half of a... croissant bread and the hash browns were really greasy and burned. Ridiculous. I will not be returning. Read more
I am delivering it for GrubHub, and the customer just ordered two coffees. They were not ready and told me I would have to wait... for these coffees wow people who came in after me had food orders and a lot Of other items but I had to wait 10 minutes for onemedium coffee. The folks here or not the sharpest tool in the shed. Try a local coffee house or another Dunkin? Donuts beforeyou come here. If I could give zero stars I would. Read more
My drink was the opposite of what I ordered...not sure if it's decaf or not but I asked for light ice...not...carmel swirl and... cream....can't taste the Carmel and not much cream...I have been here plenty of times and my drink was never thisdisappointing...not sure if I'll be returning... I received good service here, just be very cautious of putting in mobile orders. I put a mobile order in just for no employees... to be working with no sign on the door for why they were closed ( no this not happen on a holiday). Read more
