Everytime I call they take forever to get me off hold then when they do, they say; can you please hold? They hang up on me... several times so I don't even feel comfortable ordering from them. TLDR: perpetually poorly staffed. Pizza sat for an hour post bake before the driver got it to me. Missing 1/3 pizzas. When I... tried to redeem the credit I was given on the phone the next week, was first hung up on, then put on hold for 13:41 (I hung upwhen I got there). Read more
I order my pizza at 7:30 pm and was tkod that it would take 45 to an hour. 2 hours later the deliver driver came to the house... and said he got the wrong order and would be back with my order. I never received my order which was over $40 dollars. Icalled at least 5 times and th kept transferring me b to the store but now would answer the phone. I'm wanting a refund. We hadn't been to Dominoes in awhile so we gave them a try. I did a carry out and went straight home with the food. The pizza... was cold tasteless and so greasy. We threw it away. A big waste of money!! Read more

I don?t know what kind of games Dominos is playing but they keep authorizing my card for a purchase I made a week ago. I was... told this was a glitch in the system however, glitches don?t keep occurring. If my money isn?t returned ASAP I will becontacting local law enforcement. Now their phone lines don?t work and the calls can?t be transferred in. Someone better fix itand soon. I was understanding the first time but twice in two weeks is problematic. And WHY is my account information saved onfile to keep authorizing especially after my payment with a tip was already successfully transacted? Read more
