Ordered 10pc mix, fries and okra Rcvd 8pc dark with burnt fries. Tried to call, they would not answer. Drove all the way back... they gave my corrected order to someone else then told me they were out of white meat. Beyond frustrated. The store was dirty.The staff unprofessional. I would usually rate them a one star but lately they have a new manager...not sure what his name is but the one with the blonde... hair and contacts is absolutely awesome!!!!!! That's the best customer service I have received in a very long time from any fastfood place around this area. Thank you so much for caring for your customers and having a wonderful attitude!!!! We waited about 20 minutes in line. After we get to the window the young lady tried to over charge us. We ordered a 10 piece but... they gave us 9 pieces of chicken. Then after we got the home we notice they didn't give us any biscuits. The manager is sittingdown instead of working. There is plenty of things she could have been doing like cleaning the fingerprint stained windows. Poorleadership skills. The only positive thing about our visit is that the chicken was hot. Worst drive through experience ever. Lady taking orders couldn?t mutitask. Would stop talking mid order to talk to people at... window getting their food. Which fine.. we tried being patient but then we Tried ordering a 12 pc family tender meal with twolarge sides which is what it stated on the menu. She kept trying to tell us it didn?t come with the sides. Then kept asking usto repeat what we said because she was too busy focusing on what was going on inside rather than taking our order. Horrible. Got my order all wrong. Forgot the large potaotes and gravy. Young lady had no clue how to ring up their menu items.... Placed an online order from the app. went to pick up was told I'd have to cancel the order because they didn't have the items.... No one working there knew how to do a refund. Calling the number gets no one it just either rings and rings and rings or gets abusy signal and hangs up. Definitely do not recommend Read more
