Horrible Horrible Horrible. The fries were cold and all if them were hard as hell. The whoppers woth cheese was dried out, yet... you can get it your way...Iwanted extrapicklesvand onions, cut in half. The soda had at least 6 cubes of ice in it. I had toshake the cup, to get my soda to get some kind of coolness....really...I hate having a taste for something and when you get it,and It's beyond Horrible. The only thing worthwhile in the bag was the ketchup I had to ask for 3xs. I get it short of helpevery where. But still send out quality food that taste, the way, it should look..... Read more
If you order "No Cheese", this is not the Burger King for you. Ordered Big Kings (no cheese) and they had cheese on both. 3rd... time in a row. Seriously! They move you out of the drive thru, so it's difficult to check. Read more
I can honestly say, the service was great. The cashier (green hair), was very professional and was multitasking as an employee... should do. The food was hot and my fries were hot, crisp and tender. I enjoyed my whopper meal to the fullest. Read more
My food was unacceptable. Order 2 whoppers w/ cheese light mayo and small fries...my burgers had way to much mayo to be... light...per my request...and for $2.19 for small fries they shouldn't be refried but fresh...I would not patronize this place ofbusiness nor would I recommend this place to anyone. This location is HORRIBLE I wouldn?t recommend anyone get food from this establishment first off once I got to the intercom it... took 15min before anyone even acknowledged I was even there with me saying hello. once I finally ordered my food they had me & 4other cars waiting for at least 40min to get our food that we had already paid for after that not even a sorry for the wait oranything HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and my food wasn?t even HOT! but I didn?t even want to deal with it anymore even though thisis one location this makes me not to go to ANY OTHER BURGER KING LOCATION EVER! You can tell the lack of management at this establishment. It's completely uncalled for to have the menu board look like this. I... can only imagine what the inside of this establishment looks like. I'm sure the food handling procedures are just as bad andtoxic for the customers who are brave enough to eat food from this Burger King. It's just a matter of time before they end uppoisoning half of Hazelwood because the owner/manager were too lazy. Read more
Refunded Entire Order , originally said waiting on fries for over 20 min wait parked in front window at drive thru. When I... finally got order had twice the fries. One set cold the other set hot and soggy, neither salted. Out of entire order could onlyeat sandwich and chicken fries, because taco's as well we're soggy beyond normal.
