Just ordered from this place and after the first bite, there was hair in my spoonful of ice cream. Someone there hid unknown... hair from a mystery place in the ice cream. No, it could not have been my hair as it is put up and pulled back, and it couldnthave been the driver b/c the bag was sealed. Very disappointed as I always come here but now.. my option is cold stone. That isnasty and those little kids know better. Read more

I am only doing this critique because Google asked, but otherwise I would have kept it to myself. Although the ice cream tasted... well enough, it definitely wasnt worth 20.00 for 3 waffle cones with 1 scoop apiece. Also, only the drive thru is open whichdampens the ice cream shop experience. I took my two sons after leaving the park and we didnt have a chance to see theselections in person and soak in the ice cream parlor experience which forced us to choose from a drive thru menu. I've been going here since 2009 or 2010. It's usually clean, and the workers are always nice! One lady who's working there has... been there since before I first visited, I think. No carry-outs or eat-ins due to the pandemic. Read more

The young woman that helped us to make a perfect choice of ice cream dessert for my birthday did such an incredible job! You... may think that it's an easy job to just scoop up ice cream, but there is so much more to this job! When someone enters the door,they are greeted with a smile and a hello. You stay with the same person as you decide what you want. (This isn't as simple asyou may think either!) They will give you as many small pink spoons filled with deliciousness as you ask for, and you don'teven need to make up an excuse to get them! So, hold on to that story about "your grandma made your favorite kind of cookiebatter and the ice cream tastes just like it" or a story of how "when you were a child, you always got the bubble gum ice creamand you wanted to relive that feeling now that you are (insert number here) years old" because you don't need a story! They willgive you a taste of any ice cream you ask for, willingly! After you've tasted all of the choices you are trying to decidebetween (or just reminiscing with), you will have the harder choice of how to have it served to you. Yes, you can just get ascoop, but... What kind of cone? Will it be coated with chocolate and sprinkles? Will it be a traditional cake cone, sugar cone,or a choice of several waffle cones? Maybe just a cup. Or a shake, malt, sundae, cookie...? The choices are almostmind-boggling! Never fear, your BR guide is right there for you. They can make it how you want it, and can give you the bestsuggestions to make your experience better than you imagined when you walked in the door! So, trust them. They will tell you ifthey aren't fond of a flavor you ask about, or if mixing the two flavors you think would be a groundbreaking invention totantalize the taste buds of all Americans would be a disaster.
