EVERYTIME I order Stuffed Bagel Minis they are served to me cold. I've ordered Stuffed Bagel Minis on at least 5 separate... occasions. 5+ times in a row. Cold. I keep ordering them on the off chance it'll be hot but I can see that's not gonna happen.Why are they always cold? ???? Yesterday 5/10, I went to get a coffee and asked for two cream in my coffee and it looked like they put 6 cream. It was more... white than a ghost. The place wasn't even busy, there was nobody at the speaker when I pulled up and there was one person at thewindow so they had no excuse to screw up my order. They were ju$t almost like gossiping about some stuff that won't matterbecause most of them are a bunch of kids who don't care. I will be calling the manager to see if my issues at only this Dunkin'can be rectified. Also when you ask for less ice they still full the cup up with a lot of ice. The purpose of asking for lessice is get more drink and not pay for ice.i don't go to Dunkin' to pay for ice. If I wanted to do that I ce go to ShopRite andbuy a whole bag of it The only reason I go here is because it?s the closest Dunkin? to me. I don?t recommend this place toanyone who wants good coffee or food anything for that matter. They never get anything right. The coffee is either so strongit?s bitter and so weak you can see through it. I would post a picture of my iced cappuccino but I can?t.it?s light at the topand dark on the bottom half. It?s gross. This specific Dunkin? doesn?t deserve any stars. The staff are friendly, but thatdoesn?t make up for the lack of quality you provide in your coffee, other drinks and food. I'm not typically one to write reviews, but I go to this Dunkin every day because I'm addicted to the Charlie and I always have... a great experience and am very impressed. No matter how busy it is, the employees are always extremely kind and professional,and I never have to wait super long. When I go through the drive thru sometimes I'm blown away by how much is going on in thekitchen and how well they handle multi-tasting, I'm good at multi-tasking myself and I don't think I'd last a day lol. I kindly told the manager that my face (mouth and nose) are covered. She then addressed my friend that his face was not covered... properly and we agreed on him waiting outside. Then she told me that I need to pull my scarf further up even tho my nostrils andthe tip of my nose were covered. I genuinely enjoy how I am in COMPLIANCE with any other store, except this location. I've been to this location twice, First one was terrible the wait was very long for an order of coffee and munchkins. The fact... that there is 2 associates just talking and not bothering helping the guy to make the order quicker is unbelievable. Today wegave it a try again and another disappointment. Worst iced coffee I have ever had at a Dunkin. No flavor, whomever brewed it really messed it up.
