In my experience, this Starbucks has always been great.. The people that work there are cordial and professional, even when... they're backed up with dozens of orders (Can't imagine working there! - busier than others from what I've heard). Had gone in aweek or so ago during a noticeably busy morning. A young woman named Juliana went above and beyond to help me, along withKristin (believe those were their names) and they both made sure I was updated frequently on the status of my drink, even withall the chaos going on in the store. Absolutely sloppy service and even worse attitude towards customer. Placed an online order for a regular black coffee .. Took... 15+ mins for them to put it on stand... Coffee was cold.. when asked for a new one, the barista refused. When asked to cancelthe order entirely, they refused. The least u expect for a $4 coffee is to be hot. Special mention to the most arrogant memberof the Starbucks staff, i have come across, "Ju****na" who was absolutely miffed at the replacement i asked for at the billingcounter. Read more
I feel this Starbucks tries hard and is very friendly. But it seems there is a lack of training for all employees. Maybe they... are new and still learning and maybe it is usually busy as it is a busy location but I feel there could be better training totheir employees. Alot of times I wait 25 minutes and sometimes orders aren't correct. I feel they could do better. Thanks. Read more
Came in with my brother after being on the road for 6 hours. Clean place, but the poor barista was all by himself. Took our... orders, made our drinks, bagged our brownies etc. I don?t think he was the only one working but any other staff member wasnowhere to be found. Poor management, great barista. Staff was polite and helpful. No drive-thru in this location, but there is ample parking. They were also giving away bags of... coffee grounds for use in compost, which is such a great way of diverting that waste from landfills and supporting homegardeners. I haven't seen this in other locations, but I hope they expand it. Read more
