The service at this McDonald's has come very far it's so excellent. The order on mobile app feature that McDonald's has created... in a who. Is so quick and easy to use but what made it great was the staff who are there to take on your order. I never thoughtI would experience such service in a fast food restaurant but I actually witnessed the employee bring my meal to me. Once it wasdone being prepared. So I didn't have to stand in line waiting, which was a great added feature when using this mobile orderfeature on App. The highlight of it was I needed ice in my iced tea because he brought it out without which was fine and heactually went and got it as if he was like a waiter and that to me was amazing being in a place like a McDonald's thinking younever would experience a service like that. I've never known anyone to go out of their way in any fast food restaurant to bringyour meal to you and to get you your ice and things like that. So I would definitely say if you're in Florham Park N.J. area andyou have a chance to stop and eat at this McDonald's even if you're just driving through, definitely do so.The staff is nicethey're great there. I went through the drive thru and before placing my order I specifically told the cashier that I had separate orders. I gave her... my orders and she gave me the total of one and said she would give me other total at the window. I drive up to the window andshe gives me the total for the entire order. When I told her I needed separate totals she lost it. She was very rude andobnoxious. Yes I could have paid the total and figured it out with the people in the car but because she was so nasty I decidedto make her do her job and give me the breakdown. She proceeded to slam the window after each transaction as she snatched themoney from me. I am not going to say that this is a bad McDonald's but the lady at the window needs more customer servicetraining. Read more
Flew over from Australia to check out how Covid has decimated America, thought I'd drop in to grab an ice cream from a seemingly... random mcdonalds. Imagine my horror when the ice cream machine was broken! To my delight an amazing young man named Damian whowas working the grill set up his lap top and completed a mechanical engineering degree, on the spot! Fixed the ice cream machinestraight after so I could enjoy a nice cold ice cream! He pointed me in the direction of the nearest covid hot spot and said"cone-gratulations on making it so far and good luck" Overall fantastic experience...I would definitely come back again, that'sif I'm not added to the statistics of those who have perished from corona but with minds like Damians fixing the world onecustomer at a time I think we'll all be okay. 10/10 hands down the best McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. This one worker, I think his name was Damien, was so helpful. He even... came to the bathroom with me, held my hand under the stall door (the ice cream doesn?t sit well with me), and dried my hands forme when I was done! If this is the type of service McDonald?s has to offer, you can bet your sweet biscuits I?ll be back again.(The chicken nuggets were rock solid, but that?s okay because I put them to good use and threw them at oncoming traffic ????) This is my best McDonalds I?ve ever been to. I had just delivered my baby and I was craving McDonald?s so I drove to my local... McDonald?s after the birth. The amazing employee, I believe his name was Damian was super great with me. He really knew what hewas doing.
