Would not recommend this location. Horrible portions. Only writing a review cause I?m so upset to say I doordashed a tuna sub at... work, & I really jus got a lettuce sandwich. They usually put more condiments on a sandwich then they did my tuna. I wasstarving so I ended up jus eating the bread & lettuce but I?m so disappointed & still starving ???? As long as I?m in Florsvillethis subway will not be in my options of lunch ideas sadly. Read more
Worstttttt subway experience ever! Ordered a order for pick up and it was completely wrong. Called the store to let them know... and the manager said ?I did the sandwiches myself I know they are right? and refused to make it right. Not sure what happened togood customer service but I will definitely not be returning. That manager should be fired or demoted until they learn how to beone. Read more
Came to order a sandwich n I don?t put all the veggies I only put three which is onion , spinach and black olives . I asked the... guy to add extra olives and he said he couldn?t do that because they didn?t receive shipment of more olives until wensday andsaid he only had three containers left !!! absoulutly disgraceful service, you put 3 pickles on the 6-inch sandwitch and charged me extra for it. You are a joke; my... sandwich was all folded over itself. You can't even properly fold a sandwitch, and you have the gall to charge me extra for the3 pickels you put on my sandwitch. You are always out of all the chips I like. I'm done giving you my business. You don't evenhave a working phone number you can be contacted at, it just goes straight to voicemail with no dialtone and tells me the inboxis full. im done giving my business to people like you who really couldn't care less about your customers. sad day when evensubway can't figure out the customer is always right. When someone asks for fresh bread you don't deny them. When someone asks for extra veggies and offers to pay extra you give them... what they ask for. My wife ordered the same sandwich spicy Italian sub but I got a half sandwich didnt put the meat that supposed to go in it, I... asked for jalapenos yes I got 4 slices on a foot long trash workers, smh, dont uderstand the product is right there the menu forthe employees to make ppls orders right and still get the order wrong like stop working if your messing up ppls order. Very polite staff, quick and organized and didn't make my subs sloppy! Everything tasted fresh and cookies were amazing. Not... sure what all the bad reviews are about cause these ladies were extremely polite and asked every question they should have.Parking is a bit sketchy when you own a big truck but so is anywhere in Floresville.
