Don't be fooled when searching for hot food from the highway. This is an express location and will only leave you disappointed.

Everytime I go here for lunch I have regrets. Today when I opened my wrap part of the wrap was missing. Looks like it got stuck... to the grill press and they decided to serve it to me regardless. Also, found a piece of very hard black food? in my wrap. Verygross. I also got a serving if potato wedges but they had a strange sour taste to them. Read more

Today I had a wonderful experience at this store. The young man was very polite and was super efficient. They want to hang... on to this guy. Read more

Being relatively new to Tim Hortons while vacationing in Canada from the States, having had nothing but positive experiences,... and never before having patronized a Tim Hortons Express, I was very disappointed at my experience here. Not one single syllabledid the server utter, for the entirety of my two different encounters with her. I first asked if there was any pizza...she madea face, shook her head slightly. Then I gestured to the sign beside her and said, "Oh, so the sign doesn't apply? The signsays you have pizza?"... she made a different face, apparently shocked by my stupidity. As I quickly read the small print onthe pizza sign, realized that it was 3 p.m. and pizza was only available until 2 p.m., I explained, "Oh, I see now! It's onlyserved until 2 p.m." ...her face was entirely blank, no reaction at all. So I ran next door to another establishment, trying toget some quick protein for my husband and myself, while he stayed with our two dogs in the car in the hot sun, as there was noshade to be found. Upon being told at the second establishment that burgers would take 10 minutes to cook, I ran back to the TimHortons Express, remembering that I had seen hot dogs there, too, and now being willing to settle for them. I approached thecounter, saw the same woman, and asked if the hot dogs were available... after looking at me like I was crazy, she noddedslightly. I asked how I should go about getting them... she gave me an incredulous look. I quickly observed, "Ah, so it's selfserve?"...and received an almost imperceptible nod (or did I?...), whereupon she quickly walked away. Maybe she was mute, maybeshe was an Esso employee not held to the same standards of customer service as Tim Hortons... Guess I'll never know. Read more
